Page 1 of 12 The Council is elected by the affiliates of JNA every two years. The ruling Council was elected on December 10, 2005. The Annual General Meeting was held on Saturday, December 5, 2009. The Executive Memebers were all returned, however, the Council Members will have two new members, they are Mrs. Antoinette Irons and Mrs. Yvonne Kong.
The Council comprises two types of members:
The Current Council Meetings The Council convenes a monthly meeting on the first Saturday of every month. During this meeting all committees, the Secretariat, Treasurer and President present their reports. The Council requires 50% of its elected members to be present in each meeting to have a quorum.
